No, especially not with Steve. (Or Thor, or Tony, or anyone with sequel films and a supporting cast and script and production teams lined up for them. Logistics, basically.) I think that if they pair her with anyone, it will be Clint— they had a significant romance in mainline Marvel comics. But if they go with that, I’d figure it to be more flirting/UST than a full-blown romantic plotline. Scarlett Johansson has been pretty definite about how her character isn’t a love interest.
